Quality standards and certifications

The production of clad materials, especially brazing coil and sheet, demands great care. Integrated quality management systems (ISO 9100, EN / AS 9001, ISO / TS 16949) in combination with the stipulations contained in pressure vessel directives (Pressured Device Directive 97/23/EC, ADWO, ASME, etc.) guarantee secure process production. They also simplify the administrative order processing for materials in the pressure vessel application area, as AMAG has been empowered to provide the appropriate test certificates by TÜV (the accredited certification body).

Upon customer request, analyses and material examinations can also be completed. On the basis of expertise relating to the demands of the brazing process, specific assignments can be handled and the appropriate solutions implented. For example, these include metallographic and corrosion testing, as well as surface analyses.
